I am getting "Unable to Locate the Device"?

For ANDROID mobile users, you must be logged in with a Google account on the device to ensure the Vodafone Protect “Find” (locate) function works. Most android devices will request a user to log in with an existing Google account or create a new Google account when using an android device for the first time.

In the event you have not set up a Google account on your android device please go to settings, open accounts and sync settings and select “add account”. There you can create a Google account or log in with an existing one – This will only have to be done once and once completed the Protect “Find” function will work as expected.

For BLACKBERRY mobile users, you are NOT required to enter in your Blackberry app world account details.
