General Issues

Most issues with the Spotify service that can’t be fixed by logging out and back into the service, can be fixed by reinstalling Spotify – www.spotify.com/help/faq/tech/clean-reinstallation-of-spotify/.

Credit card is still being charged

If you already have a premium account with Spotify, signing up through Vodafone will not automatically replace that account.  You must cancel your subscription with Spotify and sign up through the Vodafone website.
