If you are switching from Bill pay to Pay as you go mobile broadband it’s easy to change your dashboard settings:
- Open up the dashboard and click on the Setting dropdown menu.
- Click on Change account type and then select Pay monthly
- Restart your modem software and you should see the Pay as you go dashboard view.
You must contact customer care on 1747 (from a mobile) or 1850 20 40 20 (from a landline) to switch your SIM card too.
