How do I get the new software for my mobile broadband?


You can download the Pay as you go software for PC here and download for Mac here. We also have virtual step-by-step guides for your device here.

If you are switching from Bill pay to Pay as you go mobile broadband it’s easy to change your dashboard settings:

  1. Open up the dashboard and click on the Setting dropdown menu.
  2. Click on Change account type and then select Pay monthly
  3. Restart your modem software and you should see the Pay as you go dashboard view.

And remember...!

You must contact customer care on 1747 (from a mobile) or 1850 20 40 20 (from a landline) to switch your SIM card too.
