I've already made a payment, so why does my bill show an amount owed from last bill?


Sometimes the payments you've made might not reach us in time to show up on your bill.

If you take a look at your bill, you'll notice the date at the top in the 'About this bill' section, this is the date on which we produce your bill. If you paid your bill just before or after that date, then it's possible we received your payment after the bill was produced.

Don't worry, although it doesn’t appear on that month’s bill, your payment will instead be shown on the next month's bill.
