How will I know my bill is due if I switch to paper-free billing?


Once you're registered for an online self-care account we'll send you an email once a month when your bill is available to view online.

Simply login to your My Vodafone at Home online account to view your latest bill as well as up to the last 12 months of previous bills.

If you haven't received the email bill notification then please check your SPAM folder, as sometimes the email can be located there. To make sure you receive your Vodafone email notifications in the future, please mark the email as safe, or move it to your inbox.
