Can I change my payment method and update my Direct Debit / Credit Card details online?


Sure, it's easy once you know how.
  • Login to your My Vodafone at Home online account.
  • Click on the 'Manage your bill' link.
  • From the left hand menu click on the 'My Payment Method' link.
  • Choose how you pay your Direct Debit to use either a SEPA bank account or a Credit/Debit Card.

To set up your recurring direct debit, for an account that accepts direct debits, you'll need a valid IBAN and BIC, which are displayed on your bank statement. If you know your bank account number and sort code you can also use the IPSO online conversion tool.
