What if I don't have enough credit to use RED Roaming?

Pay As You Go customers are required to have a minimum of the applicable RED Roaming daily fee for the country in which they are roaming in their account balance at the time of the first chargeable event each day in order to avail of RED Roaming.  If you do not have sufficient credit for to cover the RED Roaming rate in your balance that day, usage will be charged at the applicable Vodafone World, or next applicable roaming proposition rate if you are opted into another roaming plan.

You will then be opted back in to RED Roaming if you top up again within 7 days.  If you do not top up again within 7 days then you will remain opted out of RED Roaming and will be charged the Vodafone World or next applicable roaming proposition rate if you are opted into another roaming plan. In order to avail of Red Roaming pricing again, you will need to opt in again by texting RED to 50020.
