Why did I receive a paper bill for my Vodafone Home account?


We have migrated Vodafone Home users that are using their Vodafone webmail / email account (“@vodafone.ie”) to log in to paper billing.

This is in case these users forgot their My Vodafone Home password to view their bill and cannot reset it because their email account is no longer valid.

Please follow the steps here for setting up a new log in for My Vodafone Home.
