What are the changes?

This will depend on the product that you have with Vodafone, the communication you will receive will outline exactly how much your bill will increase by and the new billing amount per month.

Why are Vodafone making these changes?

Vodafone are increasing legacy price plans due to the increasing operational costs associated with Fixed Telecoms.

When will these price changes come into effect?

Price increases will come into effect 30 days after you receive the notification. You will see these changes on your April bill.

How will I know if I am affected by price changes?

We are communicating directly with our customers that are impacted by these price changes, any customers that connected to Vodafone before 4th July 2014 will receive a letter or email 30 days prior to the changes going live.

What are my options?

You can stay on your current price plan at the new price or you can move to one of our new Vodafone Home plans that offer great value unlimited broadband plans with or without calls and a FREE upgrade to Fibre if you are in a Fibre eligible area.

What if I want to cancel?

If you wish you can cancel your service without penalty within 30 days of receiving the notification.

What if I signed up recently?

Customers that signed up from July 4th 2014 to March 1st 2015 will not be affected by any of the price changes.

Any customer on a legacy Perlico or BT plan will not be included in the price changes.
