I'm having probems with Backup+
|I've lost my phone. What should I do?|
You will need to disconnect Dropbox from the lost phone and the Vodafone Backup+ app. In order to do this, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Dropbox account on your PC
- Go to 'Settings' and choose the 'Security' tab.
- Unlink the Backup+ app as well as the phone you have lost.
This will log you out of your Dropbox account on that phone and disconnects the link between your Backup+ account and your Dropbox account. Don't forget to get in touch with Vodafone to report your phone as lost or stolen and we’ll block your phone and SIM card.
|I am getting an error when connecting my Dropbox account to Backup+|
It might be that you're trying to connect a different account to your Backup account than you're registered with. You can only link one Dropbox account to Backup+. If you want to change the Dropbox account or you cannot remember which Dropbox account you have connected with Backup+, please call our Vodafone Customer Care. They can help you further.
