Why can’t I use my monitored alarm with LightSpeed Broadband?

With LightSpeed Broadband, voice calls using your home phone will be made using Broadband Voice. This means services such as monitored alarms that require a PSTN line will not be supported. Please check with your service provider to understand if this is required.
