How long will it take for me to get my advance payment back under the Network Satisfaction Guarantee?


If you were required to pay an advance payment at point of connection to Vodafone you will receive a refund (via cheque) within 4 weeks of activating the Network Guarantee, of that amount less any outstanding charges still owed to us.
