I'm having problems paying my bill online?


If you are having problems paying your bill online you can make a payment via our automated phone service. Call 1907 and follow the instructions to make a payment. Choose option 1 for Mobile, followed by option 1 for billing and payments, finally choose Option 2 to make a payment. You'll need your bank card details to make a payment.

You can also print the bank giro form at the bottom of your Vodafone bill and bring it to your local post office.
