Unlocking your iPhone
Want to unlock your Apple iPhone and use it on another network? Follow these steps to get started:

Once you're eligible to receive a network unlock code you can submit an online application and we will send you a text within 2 working days to confirm your iPhone has been unlocked and to connect to iTunes.

After you get the text, insert your Vodafone SIM card and follow these steps carefully
- Power on your iPhone.
- Connect your iPhone to iTunes.
- Click Restore and a message will pop up asking if you want to Back Up. If you choose to continue this will save your information and make sure that you don't lose anything important.
- Restore your iPhone.
- When your iPhone is restored it will become unlocked. You can then restore the saved back-up onto your iPhone.
