How do I make a claim on my phone insurance?


Step 1: Confirm that you are insured with Vodafone for the mobile you're claiming for. View your bill on My Vodafone and check that Stay Mobile Insurance is included on it.

Step 2: Make your claim online: Login here. All you need is your mobile number and self-service PIN (this is the last 4 digits of your Vodafone customer number). If you do not know your PIN please read this article for help on how to retrieve it.
