Check that you successfully established a connection after you clicked the Connect button on the Vodafone Mobile Connect software. Many corporate IT installations use a proxy server as part of the internet connection process. This proxy server is only available while connected to the corporate network internally or via a VPN.
- Check that your VPN connection is working if required by your corporate policy.
- Check that you are not trying to access an internal corporate location ('intranet') without the necessary VPN connection. Internal locations generally do not begin with 'www' as used on Internet locations.
- Try to access another web page to eliminate the chance of a temporary outage at the website you are trying to access.
