Why is sending and receiving data slow?

The website or server you are accessing may be heavily loaded. You may be in an area that has reduced network availability. It is recommended that you have at least three bars network strength.

Network congestion may be presently an issue. Try waiting a few minutes or selecting a different network option profile and reconnecting.

Your companies' VPN connection may be busy at the server end so you may wish to wait a couple of minutes and re-try establishing a VPN connection.
