I have a network connection, but can't get my VPN connection to work?


Sometimes the authentication server may be busy or 'down' and the VPN service is consequently unavailable. Re-try your VPN connection after a few minutes.

If the problems persist report the fault to your corporate IT help desk. Ensure that your user credentials (username, password, security token if used) are valid.  If you have any queries contact your corporate IT help desk for assistance.
